About
FACTUM.MEDIA documents cases in which people in Russia are persecuted for speech: posts, likes and reposts, publications, journalism, religious preaching and gatherings, “foreign agent” and “undesirable” status — and the blocking of websites and media.
The only criterion for inclusion is that the persecution is linked to expressing an opinion, sharing information or other protected communication (Article 29 of the Russian Constitution).
