A Sacramento Regional Transit light rail train struck a vehicle at the intersection of Folsom Boulevard and Mills Park Drive in Rancho Cordova on Thursday at approximately 5:21 p.m., killing one person and sending two others to the hospital in critical condition, according to Sacramento Metropolitan Fire.
